360 achievements wiped

    360 achievements wiped


    I have for a month now been communicating with Xbox support on the phone and I have done all of the troubleshooting they have asked.....they also told me it might be an enforcement punishment but when I checked all it says it's that I am a perfect player
    and no punishment action has been done. They told me to part in the forums and if this does not help then there is no way to recover my GS and this is very upsetting considering the thousands of dollars I've spent and the hundreds of thousands of hours in
    game play over the last 8 years.....68000+ gone and after searching and asking all I am getting is "we are sorry but there nothing we can do" please if there is any fix please let me know

    This just happened to me! my gamer score and achievements got wiped from my profile!.

    WHAT THE HELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RANKED RECORD WIPED

    I had 402 matches when mine was wiped. Did 100 more matches and no achievement. Get over it lol. 12 matches is nothing.

    360 achievements wiped

    To lose that much GS can only be an enforcement action. You will have to log in at the following link and see if you can open a case review.

    I have already checked the enforcement website and there is no case....all it says that I have a perfect record and when I looked if there was a case against me nothing came up.....so it is not an enforcement action.....I also went to try and re-earn an
    achievement that had already had and it wont let me do that either....so I have no idea what to do at this point

    It also says that my enforcement history is clear so I am at a loss to what could be happening

    The only time the enforcement team will wipe your 360 achievements is if you are caught with a modded Gamerscore/achievements & you definitely do not want to do that.

    Other than that once you have unlocked an achievement on any game then that game can not be removed from your games played list.

    If you want a profile with no xbox 360 games on it then you would need to start a new profile & not play any 360 games on it.
