    360 account turned off without explanation


    On saturday, july 26th, my gold account was turned off. No one in my family has access but me and I didn't cancel it. I just renewed my Gold account in May. First of all why was it cancelled. Secondly just had to pay to renew an account that shouldn't
    have turned off in the first place. I want a credit for next years renewal in May and some answers!

    No kidding, these forums are a joke. Suspend people without reason and or explanation. Let threads turned flame wars go on and on far too long. SMH!

    My Xbox 360 just went crazy.

    So while trying to download a Minecraft update, my Xbox 360 just turned off, restarted, turned off instantly, restarted, stayed on for a while, then started turning off again. I unplugged it. A little help please on what to do WITHOUT breaking it?

    for any billing issues the best (and only) thing to do is to contact Xbox Support via
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Xbox Support are the only ones that are able to do something for (and hopefully fix) issues like this
