    I have just downloaded Ryse son of Rome to my Xbox one. It's stuck at 36% installation for nearly 24 hours. I've uninstalled and tries again but it gets to 36% and stops. What am I doing wrong?

    The most I've had in one game is 8. Aim for the chest, it's a larger target... Unless you're the OP! j/k!

    Just noticed last night that the most headshots i've had in one match is 4.

    I'm sorry to see any download issues! If you haven't already, check out our Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One support article for some other
    troubleshooting steps you may not have tried yet.

    Let me know how it goes! If it doesn't help you out, post back with your detailed network statistics from your Xbox One. You can get that by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. This
    will give me a good idea on where to start. 36% :)
