    Sorry to hear it. Once a code has been used I'm afraid that it cannot be used again and content cannot be transferred from one account to another.

    However, there may be a silver lining for you.

    If it was for a game or membership you should be able to share it by setting that account as Home on the console. (not available for EA Access)

    If it was for currency to purchase a game or DLC then buy the content as a gift and send it to your main account

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there is no way to transfer product keys from one account to another. In this case I'm afraid that you would need to purchase a separate key for the account you would like it on.
