Sorry to hear it. Have you recently played on a different device? If so, launch the game there then let it save fully before backing out to the main menu then quitting the game.

There I have the same problem, And I'm the first time play those game such as forza street and forza horizon 4, both keep 0% never change. I reseted net and that App and try to wait for days but it doesn't fix. xbox live show that My network is ok. If
I cancel that, My game will keep loading just like it was stuck there and do nothing, I knew it was not Loading, My hard drive was clam.

And I see that there was much more people with the same problem, most of them try to reset System then it fixed. I wandering that.

It looks like it was a bug with the data display. normally I should have completed ten ranking games, but the in game it shows 0/1. And it doesn't show progress after I finish a game. But it looks like the correct data is still being recorded in the background and is displayed properly after ten games.
