343 industries contact info

Since it's not on their website has anyone got any contact info for 343i? Halo 5 multiplayer is frankly awful, constant lagging and disconnecting, and even after the match has ended I have, on at least a quarter of all the warzone matches I've played, not
been given any XP or req points for completion of the match. So on average 15 mins per game I've wasted 2 or 3 hours of game time with no reward and frankly I'm furious.

I get shot through walls, round corners, all due to awful connection despite it being perfect on other games, and I'm behind on what weapons I have because I've lost at least 20 thousand REQ points due to the game being "unable to retrieve stats". I want
either some kind of solution and recompense, or a goddamned refund.

Contact 343 Industries?

Only on the halo waypoint forums I looked everywhere also and can't find a email or number. I asked xbox support about that yesterday and they couldn't find one either. So the forums is the best place to try to contact someone.

I can't find it on Google anywhere :s? I really need some help on how to contact them directly please.I can't find any e mail or phone number of them anywhere.They must have a way to contact them?

Hey mate,

From what I've read myself, they don't actually have a direct contact. Your best bet, is either on their forums, or through their Twitter account. I've looked high and low, and all I could find was other people also complaining about the lack of available
contact options

The only thing I could find, was a feedback program, which you can find here:

Tried the twitter account I got a reply in augest asked me what achievements are not u unlocking but since then no reply.

As for the forums they only reply if you call them names or threaten them they WILL NOT reply to any post about achievemnts.
