33% off deal not working

So on my dash board there is a exclusive offer for 12 month Xbox live gold for 33% making it $39.99. When I click on it and go to renew gold now it says it's gonna charge me $59.99. Why is the $39.99 offer not there when I go to the offer? Please help. P.s.
this problem is on Xbox one

On my dashboard there is a “You’ll want to see this deal” icon. When you click on it offers 1 years xbox live for £26.50.

When you click the renew gold now button it takes you to the the renewal page but with no option for the £26.50.

Can anyone help?

This exact same issue it's happening to me right now I'm trying to get Live through the dashboard but it just charges the full price and not the discounted price.
