33% off 12 months of gold offer is not working

My Xbox Live gold is running out in about a month and on my dashboard is the offer to renew 12 months for 33% off. When I click the offer it brings me to the page talking about it and when I select the option to "Renew gold now" from the page it brings me
to the store where it says 12 months of xbox live gold is $59.99. I cannot figure out how to get the offer to go through.

So I got an email today saying 'Your subscription to Gold – 33% off 12 Months is scheduled to be automatically renewed to Gold – 12 Month on Sunday, December 09, 2012". Will the renewal stay at the 33% off price (40$), or will I be charged the regular
$60?

this company is gettting worst and worst i got/ a 3 month with a 3 month token for xbox live no token my live expires in one hour after 20 min with somebody in a chat told me to post in a forum? Wtf? A forum? Add the 3 months that you false advertise and
thats it ... really thinking about play station now ...its not the 3 month i have 3 paid accounts its about the moral of a company if you advertise something welll do it if not is misleading

 

I forgot to include the fact that I also already have my credit card tied to my account, if that makes any difference.

 

Same problem here aswell. Aud is $79.95 should be $53.00 with the 33% off. I tried contacting support but didn't get a reply in the 15mins. Any thing figured out?

 

Same problem, I got a bad error msg when trying to use the 33% off, then I swtiched from Chrome to Edge but the offer was not there (more precisely : it showed for a half-second, then disappeared...)
