32 hours later and XBL is still *** up

PSN got attacked by the same people... they attacked with the same DDoS overload.

And guess what? It was back up a few hours later. Both the PS3 and PS4. Guess what I'm buying this Christmas? NOT AN XBOX ONE. If they're going to treat us like we're not important and they couldn't care less whether the 360 is fixed why should I care about
them? Why should I give my money to a company that shows this much neglect towards it's customers? Don't bother answering because actions speak louder than words. And it will be 4 days tomorrow.

First, check our Service Status page to see if there are any service alerts that may be the cause of the issue.

If there are no service alerts, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.

Power cycle your Xbox 360 console.

Ummmm I can connect to live but only for about 3sec and then it is disconect. Is there anything I can do to speed the process of this up at all? I want to say first of all that I apreciate the hard work that you put into answering and helping us all and
this must be a trying time for a lot of folks so you will get no hate message from me.

Unfortunately I have had it rather bad since cyber monday but now I get no xbox live sign in for more than a minute. This is a very discouraging experience for me and my family and I along with them would like to get some kind of honest or quality answers
or help.I have not touched a thing in settings or profiles but network is not an issue. Your timely assistance would be very appreciated and Thank you...... Jbr33zy77

I agree this is ridiculous. If they don't fix the xBox Live problems with xBox 360 then xBox 360 users should write and complain. And they aren't going to manipulate me into buying an xBox One. I'd rather go back to full PC gaming.

it lets me online but it says i dont have gold keeps on telling me to buy it but when i go online on the website i see my 12 subscription active still its getting really annoying now
