32 hours later and XBL is still *** up

Okay... seriously I've had enough.

Xbox One was back up and running just a couple of hour after XBL went down. And yes it DID affect Xbox One, you can look it up on their forums. They had a spike of topics from Xbox One users saying their XBL went down too. But theirs was fixed after a couple
hours. 360 is going on 32 hours, if it's that easy to fix it for Xbox One it shouldn't take an extra 30 hours to fix the 360. Is Microsoft purposely taking their time fixing the 360 just so we'll get fed up with it and go buy the Xbox One? I'd bet a million
dollars they wish they could leave the 360 down for good because if half of the Xbox 360 users bought an Xbox One they would shatter their sales goal and beat PS4 by a mile cause there's a ton of people still on 360.

We can connect to Xbox Live but we don't stay connected for very long. And the online connection is horrible. Defiance, Borderlands, Minecraft or any other online game suffers serious lag and extremely late pop in to the point where it's completely unplayable.
I input a command (let's say bring up my inventory) and in the time it takes for it to come up I could take a bite out of my sandwich and wipe my hands. My friends on Xbox One are saying they have no connection issues or serious lag. And no it's not my internet
or anything because I talked with customer support, in case something was wrong with my internet, but they said it's being caused by the XBL issue. That's why the Service Alert is still red and says Core Services are limited.

I'm supposed to be doing a review/guide video for Defiance now that it's gone free to play and it's up on the Xbox Store. I don't want to record it in the mess that it's in now because it will make the game look bad when in fact it's a great game and a lot
of fun. So what the hell am I supposed to do Microsoft? And don't dare say "why don't you just get an Xbox One" because Defiance isn't on Xbox One. A lot of good games aren't on Xbox One.

96 hours later and still no credits

I converted my Xbox reward points to Microsoft reward points 96 hours ago yet nothing has shown up yet on my Microsoft rewards.

Following because I'm fairly sure I lost at least 20 hours off mine, was up close to 60 hours, and now I'm back to 32:32??

 

i havent been able to go online in 2 days now...

 

it lets me online but it says i dont have gold keeps on telling me to buy it but when i go online on the website i see my 12 subscription active still its getting really annoying now

 

did you clear system cach and delete your profile and redownload it

 

Just picked up a 2nd hand 360 today and a 3 month sub, but can't redeem my codes.

 

what did it say when you try to redeem the card

 

It's been like that for 2 days now. I actually bought a mystery box for Defiance to get some better gear. It took my money but it fails every time I try to download it. Even if it's back on online most online games are unplayable.

...did they censor s-crewed in the title? Now it looks like I'm saying XBL is still up.

I agree this is ridiculous. If they don't fix the xBox Live problems with xBox 360 then xBox 360 users should write and complain. And they aren't going to manipulate me into buying an xBox One. I'd rather go back to full PC gaming.

Yeah it's in my download history, my problem is I can't wait a week to download the gear and finish the game (that's probably how long it's going to take) because my publishers are expecting this review to be done... tomorrow. Oh god I'm dead. Thanks Microsoft!

OH no... Xbox One is down again? That means they're going to stop working on 360 and go back to fixing Xbox One and won't come back to us until they take care of their precious Xbox One players. I'm dead serious when I say this, I know it seems like the
cliche rage comment but I'm really thinking of PS4 or fixing up my computer cause this is BS.

 

I have not been able too connect to the internet since this happend yesterday!its showing on my xbox that the internet is their but it won't connect!

 

Ummmm I can connect to live but only for about 3sec and then it is disconect. Is there anything I can do to speed the process of this up at all? I want to say first of all that I apreciate the hard work that you put into answering and helping us all and
this must be a trying time for a lot of folks so you will get no hate message from me.

Unfortunately I have had it rather bad since cyber monday but now I get no xbox live sign in for more than a minute. This is a very discouraging experience for me and my family and I along with them would like to get some kind of honest or quality answers
or help.I have not touched a thing in settings or profiles but network is not an issue. Your timely assistance would be very appreciated and Thank you...... Jbr33zy77

 

ok so does anyone know why my xbox 360 s cant connect to live using wifi but the one that has an Ethernet cord can?? and no its not a moden, ip, or port forwarding problem
