31st July Issue - Backwards Compatible 360 achievement not unlocking on Xbox live

Right there with you man. Since the issue they had on July 31st my achievements are unlocking but my Recently Played list is not updating. New games I gave downloaded and played and earned achievements in, do not show up under my Achievements list. However
the unlock shows under the feed for me. Its messed up and really annoying. I consider myself and achievement hunter, I enjoy earning them but this is pissing me off. I need my list updated Microsoft!

I walked with a support member yesterday, they had no idea what I was saying...... terrible.

So, any feedback? We're all still waiting for a response.. seeing as Microsoft's support page directs us to this forum as a means of support, and my question is a very reasonable one, affecting multiple people I am very, very diasspointed that Microsoft
hasn't taken the trouble to service this support query.

I shall await, and this thread is NOT going to go away.
