    I bought a pre-owned xbox 360 phat, every time I turn it on I get code 3143-3f4a-b800-0f00-c000-0013, it doesn't go to the dashboard at all, wont connect a remote, any help is appreciated, If there's a update for it that someone knows where to download it
    at would be very helpful. thank you.
