30th day and counting...

Just like the title says, still unable to be heard by anyone (game or party chat) following a 1-week suspension ending on October 26, 2015. It is officially day 30 and the issue is still affecting my service. Xbox support agrees there should be some way
to contact the enforcement team and has again recommended me post my problem here. Would not be surprised if this post gets deleted as they have locked all forums regarding this topic or say it's being looked at already. By repeating these types of posts
seems like the only way to make it public. Feels like they do not care and people who respond and supposedly "answer" these posts give the computer generated answer of "this is a known issue...". If it is known, why am I still serving 30 more days and counting
to a suspension which was lifted. If anyone sees this, please forward my gamertag to anyone who could possibly solve this as someone in previous forums said that's how his/hers got resolved. I am tired of these "give it a few days as we are working on it"
responses. Just would like a fix soon as your suggested few days has now become a month plus.

I know the feeling. This thread will probably be deleted after you get a cookie cutter response. Just hope they will reimburse you for interrupted service, I say "hope" because MS is alright with leaving their PAYING CUSTOMERS out to dry.

I've read mentions that there is a sticky post on the XBL PET forum, XBL PET is 100% useless when it comes to customer service. I'm getting really turned off by this treatment and I'm willing to bet the farm that a lot of others are feeling the same way.

Hi ParEnvelope9583! Generally, this error code appears when the game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, but that person is not signed in to the console, or the console is not connected correctly to Xbox Live;

Alternatively the possible solutions are:

1) Clearing the console cache;

2) Uninstalling and reinstalling the game;

3) Check available game updates;

4) Check the console system update.

When a Business quotes a specific number of days, they are usually referring to Business/Working Days, in which case you would be at 10 working days (including today and the day of the initial shipping label creation..but they may not count the initial day in it so it may only be 9 working days)

Not saying that is the case of course as I can't see what is listed..just going on experience of other companies
