30fps vs 60fps

Discus and support 30fps vs 60fps in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Everything else being equal, 60 FPS is obviously better than 30 FPS. I don't even know why this is a debate.     30fps vs 60fps


    Everything else being equal, 60 FPS is obviously better than 30 FPS. I don't even know why this is a debate. Most of the time it seems like it's just fanboys trying to defend their console of choice. Actually, no, ALL of the time it's that.

    I'm happy with 30 frames per second as long as it remains consistent & doesn't drop at all 30fps vs 60fps :)

    Nonsense. People should be content with ANSI graphics and 5 FPS. It's not about graphics or resolution - it's all about the game only.

    For me, I honestly couldn't tell a difference. In fact, I saw framrate drops in both version of every single clip. Furthermore, you could technically have the games run at 60fps, but then only show the video at 30fps, so it's not a real indication of the
    games' framerates itself. To see that, you'd have to see it straight from the source (the game itself rather than a video). Otherwise, it can be manipulated by making people believe something that is potentially false.

    ^^You cant tell a person what they do or dont see. I dont pay attention at all. If you told me every game was at 60 fps I would believe you, but it could really be running at 30 and I wouldnt know.

    Or, it could be running at 45 fps....of course, everyone can tell the difference between 59 and 60 fps, or they are lying. They can also tell the difference between 50 and 51 fps, or 35 and 40 fps. It's easy.

    I've seen videos before of a red, bouncing ball that showcased the difference between 30 and 60 fps, but I simply can't see it in the videos linked above...

    And the fact thats its only been out 7 months! I am very happy with it. Oh...and before you say anything I own both consoles.

    Everything better with the Xbone. 60fps, 32 vs 32 games (more players, whatever the number is), etc. 360 will be 30fps and 12 vs 12 or whatever it was with BF3.

    Yeah, I don't know bon3zz. Like I said. MW3 ran higher than BF3 and I couldn't tell. Perhaps because MW3 was a faster paced game, it just looked and felt faster. But BF3 in my opinion was better. But that is game preference

    You can play any game at 30 fps then 60 fps and notice regardless because of fluidity and responsiveness alone. I really don't know how you can't see and feel the difference.
