hi my tag is and there is a guy that wont leave me and my gf alone we have blockeb him hes trying to get me account banned hes in 30s his tag is

@vFlare: Well put. Remember when the 360 and PS3 came out? Target audience were the old 10-20 year olds, who advanced to 20-30 year old gamers. Making an active grab for the current 6-12 and 13-17 year old demographics is a smart move.

get a hold of your local law enforcement cyber crimes unit. they should be able to help you.

 

There's nothing technically illegal about that in most of the world. You can report him for harassment via the console but that's about it... and don't name and shame, it's against forum rules.

 

He cannot get you banned. Any ban-worthy behavior he says you did will be checked by support, and they will find you did nothing. Just ignore him, and there's nothing he can do. Unfortunately, the internet is full of the same people that exist in the
real world, and that means that every now and then you come across less than favorable human beings... Be the better person. Report the behavior and leave it alone, all should be good.

If you blocked him then he can't send you any invites or messages unless you send him one in response. So you did one thing to solve part of your problem. Now you just need to use the tools on your console to
file a complaint against the offender, then so he can't stalk you/her you should change your
online status to 'friends only'.

 

Please don't name and shame users on the forums its not allowed. Also just use the report player option on the players profile and not to worry he can't get you banned.

After that Ignore him and Enjoy your games.
