    I have no clue why, but my gift card looks like an Xbox controller. But when I scratched it off, it didn’t have close to enough numbers, it only had like 16, and I don’t know why, or how to redeem it. Can anybody help me with this?

    Check the card. Usually with 16 digits, you have to redeem it on a specific site which would be listed on the card.
