    Ok so I did tried it out in BF4, did the end clip and chose the last 30 secs, last 1 min and last 5 min and all times it instantly gave me an error code....oh well

    30 minutes is laughable try down for me for at least 3 hours so far. I'm really mad at spending money on broken services and a 500 dollar paperweight at the moment.

    The 'Service Alert Page' states that updates will be issued every 30 minutes, not that the problem will be resolved in 30 minutes. My advice would be to keep an eye on that page for the
    updates. Once the problem has been resolved you should be able to continue with no further troubles.

    They're not saying that the problem is going to be fixed every 30 minutes, but that they will update us every 30 minutes. It would be nice if they gave us more information. Instead of the same message, just worded differently.

    If you're having connection issues, quite often a hard reboot will resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.
