Discus and support 30 days past release of Gears of War 4, still no GoW Collection code. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have contacted Xbox Support 2 times regarding this and now have been told to post to this forum about not receiving my gow collection codes even...     30 days past release of Gears of War 4, still no GoW Collection code.


    I have contacted Xbox Support 2 times regarding this and now have been told to post to this forum about not receiving my gow collection codes even though I have played and own Gears of War 4. Please assist.

    Didn't receive a gears of war collection code

    It already past more than 30 days from when I redeemed the Gears of War 4; I had redeemed the Gear of War 4, 11th October.

    However, I still didn't receive the gear of war collection code.

    Would you please look into this issue?

    I purchased gears of war 4 and did not receive my gears of war 360 collection codes. It has been past 10 business days. Thank you.

    Hey there MYCARSLOUDER.

    To clarify, did you not receive a code for Gears of War 4 with your Xbox One? If the code was not included in the box, then I am afraid we do not have a replacement to offer. You'll need to reach out to the retailer for an exchange or replacement. If you're
    referring to the Gears of War collection, you'll need to wait 30 days from the day you started playing Gears of War 4.

    Nope! As long as you've redeemed a Gears of War 4 code on your account, you will receive the Gears of War collection within 30 days regardless of whether or not you are an Xbox Live Gold member! If you do not receive codes within 30 days, please be sure

    Have not recieved my Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

    Same here it's been 15 days since I redeemed the code that came with the Limited Edition Console I purchased and I haven't gotten a single code for any of the games yet. I think we should be fairly compensated with an elite gear pack for every day over the
    official release day in which we haven't received our codes.
    I also purchased the LE GoW Console and haven't received my codes. I had already received access to GoW 2 and Judgement, but I think this was because I had previously purchased and played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition. Either way, I still haven't received
    any codes for the other various GoW games that I was supposed to get with the GoW Xbox One S LE console and it's been several weeks since I first played GoW 4 on my new GoW Xbox One S.

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.
    Same here. Still no codes. It states clearly on my card i am eligible for the gow 1,2&3.
