30 Day Wait is Honestly Stupid

There is a sale on a game that i wanted to buy my dad for christmas on the microsoft site that has it 50% off until tomorrow. I had to change my microsoft security info so i could log in to buy it just for that stupid [mod removed] 30 days before i can
buy anything? what the [mod removed]. whst am i supposed to do? ive tried to contact support but of course their support system is as bad as their business choices.
