    Hello my name is larry...I just started a 30 day free trial and played on black ops 2 for about 3 days...now when I turn on my xbox it will allow me to connect to xbox live but says this profile cannot play online at this time when I select the multiplayer
    or zombies...can someone plz help

    If you signed up for Live on a computer and only use Live on a computer than no, but if you use an Xbox you can get the 30 day free trial because it's accessed through the Dashboard.

    Do you have other games you can test out? Make sure that it's just Black Ops 2 that is having issues playing online, or is it all your online titles?

    1 month trials are no longer available on account creation. You can find XBL trials with select Xbox Once titles.
