    30,000 Reward Points from Xbox One S Purchase


    On November 24th I bought an Xbox One S, I used to own an Xbox 360. I am also a Xbox Reward Program Member, so I was wondering, when will I receive my 30,000 Reward Points as Stated on this link: Xbox Live Rewards

    I bought my console in the Microsoft Store.

    Missing points

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

    Missing 20,000 points

    When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

    Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    Since your purchase of a console was made before you were a Rewards member, you were not eligible for this offer. We can only Reward purchases made while being a Rewards member.
