30,000 points instead of 50,000

Hi Microsoft Team,

I recently upgraded my Xbox One to an Xbox One S following the promotion of 50,000 Xbox live points. However, the points have applied to my account as part of the promotion, but I only received 30,000 points instead of 50,000. Can you please advise why
I am missing 20,000 points?

Rewards Issues Galore

1. My 30,000+ points haven't been deposited.

2. Buying an XBOX ONE S was supposed to be worth 50,000 points during November and beyond, all I received was 30,000.

I have an Xbox live gold membership and I purchased a new Xbox one s up grading from an Xbox 360 and only received 30,000 points instead of 50,000. I tried chat and they told me to go here. Please advise.

Hi JCohen. The Xbox One S purchase offer was only available to select members. You only qualified for the 30,000 Credits upgrade offer.

You should see the other 20,000 pending by the end of next week.
