30 000 bonus points not transferred to MS account?

I recently bought an xbox one to take advantage of the 30 000 rewards points offer but I haven't received them yet, they are still pending. Can you please approve it for me and transfer it into my microsoft account in the form of cash as advertised? Thanks!

I saw that I have lifetime bonus: 14,150 point. When will I receive my lifetime bonus transferred to my xbox account?

Rewards transfer/deposit to MS account

Waiting on my left over points & gems from my live rewards to be transferred to my MS account.

FAQ stated that 6/30 was the last day, so shouldn't I have received my transfer by now?

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you have at least 5,000 pending. Once you have 5,000, they are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get
to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
