3 Xboxes one house

I have 3 xbox one's in one house because I bought an xbox one x. I buy all my games on my primary account and everything I own is digital. I can share with one xbox fine but not the third. Why is that? I own the games why can't I share them with all the
consoles in my house? There has to be a way or this is the dumbest road block I have ever ran into with my xbox.

If in the house, we have 3 xbox (2 xbox one and 1 360),do I have to pay 3 times for play live?

Can you get an xbox live account for the entire family have 3 xboxes in house on live each one paying monthly is there a family account that xbox offers?

The way game sharing works is that no matter what console your profile is signed into you can play your games and use your gold.

The key to the game sharing is that you can only make ONE console as your home console and any other profile on that console can use your gold and without your profile being signed in.

You can only switch which console you have set as your home console 5 times in a year.

So in your situation you can set one console as your home console then if someone on one of your other consoles wants to play your games or use your gold they would have to sign into your profile at the same time they are and they would be able to play your
digital games and use your gold but in this scenario you would not be able to be signed in on another console at the same time because you can only be signed in on one xbox one console at a time.

I also now have the same issue! I have 2 boys that now have their own console and I also like to play Xbox. Now I can’t play at the same time as them because of the 2 Xbox limit. I would even be willing to pay a little bit more to have this as a family option.
I need to be able to manage their access and do not want to have to manage 2 gold accounts for this issue. Had I know about this limitation, I would morning have bought the new Xbox one x.

I have 5 kids and 6 xbox ones in the house, i do understand, I pay for 3 subscriptions and 3 lots of games for the consoles, i also have 3 gaming pc's in the house which i homeshare with too. and not forgetting the ps4's (which is the same kind of system
too)

we have 3 Xbox Ones in our house and so we need 2 Game Pass Ultimates so we can use all 3 online and have access to Game Pass.

it would be nice if there was a way to share Gold/Game Pass with all the Xboxes in the house that are connected to the same home network
