3 Xbox Ones, 1 house, No love from Microsoft

I've been loyal to Xbox since the beginning. I have passed my love of gaming to my 2 children (8 and 11). We each have an Xbox One since most games these days don't have split screen plus friends modes. So one Xbox is the 'home' and 1 child and I can
play games together on 2 xboxes. For my 2nd child on the 3rd Xbox one, it appears I have to buy gold membership and a 2nd copy of all the games we play together. I understand the abuse that might occur from allowing family members to have 3 consoles. But
this stinks. $120 per year for xbl plus $120 minimum for any games we want to play together plus $900 in consoles is way too much. I think I may be done with Microsoft unless they can find a solution that works for families like mine.

xbox 360 live free games

hi so i have been on xbox from the start

i have 4 xboxs from the frist xbox to the xbox one

but i love my 360e

now im feed up with xbox live gold on my xbox 360 e i have always 1 year on it

and i dont know why but the free games you get dont always want to download

it will work for some but not all this is not wright

and i think this is something microsoft need to fix like over the last year i get 1 game per month then

the other game will not download like starwars now will not download

im very disaponted with this dont know what to do

no problems on the xbox ones there are

2 in my house and both download all games

It's the way Microsoft set it up from the beginning. I run into the same issue. We have 3 xbox ones in our house, but only 2 can be used at the same time.

If we wanted to have all 3 going I would have to purchase live for 1 of my kids and a copy of the game.

It's not a perfect situation, but it's what Microsoft had to do to prevent abuse of family sharing.

I am going to +1 on "This worked" for one of my consoles that persisted with the NW-1-19 error despite all troubleshooting. I have several consoles and devices in the house, and only 1 (Xbox 360 slim) refused to connect to Netflix. Why I have consoles
in the house, on the same network, that are using Comcast's DNS that work fine, and why I have to force one console to use Level 3's public DNS is very odd... would love to have someone explain that in a more technical details

You can make only one Xbox as home console. The rest of the 2 consoles have to use the same account to play. If the third Xbox must play with his own gamer tag he should buy gamepass. There is no other way.

He can share his account with his friend and split the amount if he wanted to.
