3 Xbox got stolen can i block the serie number

Sorry to hear this has happened to you. No you can't block the serial numbers but there are step you can take to prevent some one for accessing you account and other information. You should follow these steps;

If your Xbox console was lost or stolen, there are several steps you’ll want to take to secure your account and report your lost console.

Step 1: Change your password

If your console was lost or stolen, change your password immediately.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.

Go to Security.

Select Change Password to reset the password for your Microsoft account.

You may be asked to verify that you’re the account owner by receiving a security code.

Enter your current password.

Enter and confirm your new password.

Note For Xbox 360, choose a password that’s 16 characters or less.

Step 2: Report the stolen console

We recommend you report your stolen console to your local law enforcement as well as your insurance company. You’ll need to provide the serial number for the missing console. To find it:

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account, and select Devices.

Scroll down to the console that was stolen.

The serial number will be listed under the device’s name.

Step 3: Check your billing account

You may want to review your billing activity to make sure the person who has your console hasn’t made any unauthorized charges.

On account.microsoft.com, go to Payment and billing > Order history.

If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us.

Keep an eye on your account to make sure that any possible unauthorized charges have time to be posted to your account.

Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way to brick a console through the serial number, I'm sorry. If you could call Microsoft with the serial number and have a console permanently turned into a brick that never works again, this would wreak havoc on
many players. Imagine real life friends doing it to each other because they play at each others house and can look at the serial number on their friends console so they call up from home and report it stolen just because they're mad at each other for beating
them in a game, or because of immaturity and 'thinking it's funny'. Or imagine the angry girlfriend who is sick of her boyfriend on the Xbox instead of spending time with her. So the next time he's at work, calls up and gets his console bricked. It would
be massively misused, sorry to say.

All you can do is protect your account on the console by changing your password and also required authentication like a 6-digit pin number in order to sign in, change settings or make purchases. I'd highly recommend doing that. And go forward with including
this in a police report as well; that they were stolen and you can provide the police with the serial numbers just in case they are recovered.

Be sure to file a police report providing them with the information on your consoles. Then the police can contact Microsoft if they deem it necessary.

I also just had my Xbox stolen just last night around this time. I bought a brand new controller and so when I reported it stolen to the police I gave them the box of the controller and they got the serial number from it, and today at work a co worker told
me I can track the serial number of the Xbox from whenever my profile was accessed. So when I logged in I saw that they'd got on and I so happen to game share with a friend and i had him lock my profile down. So i gave the serial number of my xbox the cops
so I wanna know can I get in touch with Microsoft and see if they can locate the stolen Xbox?
