    2 weeks since unauthorized access case. Hacker is STILL on my account playing my games. STILL don't have my account. Even filed a BBB claim with no reply by microsoft.

    3 weeks in. Nothing. *** Microsoft they obviously don't do their jobs. Joke of a company going to be getting me a playstation 4.5 and hopefully many are following my footsteps. Peice of *** company.

    game crashing/freezing guide as well    .

    Hey try to clean the cache, by holding for 10 seconds the button when you switch off your console, then try again :)

    gonna try redownloading the game. I got the latest machine so I should not be experiencing lockups if someone else can play it for 3 hours straight just fine.

    No, tried the uninstall/reinstall numerious times from other suggestions.

    When it goes into lockup, Menu/back etc. do not work, can only get out of lockup by the big red X.
