3 suspensions in 1 month?

To begin with,I have had my account for 7 years now,never an issue with it or xbox live,now the problem is,1 month ago or so I was muted for 2 weeks which was right and did not try to contest it,but then 1 week or so after it is lifted I get a second one,but
the thing is that time I barely played and only talked to my friend trough xbox live party chat,So I go on and try to contest it and ask for evidence which none was given to me and the only answers I got was that the case got upheld and that's it,it was unfair
but could live with it but then 2 days later I get an Harrassment or abuse ban !!! which I could not have done in the first place even if I wanted to ! Because as I said 1 month earlier I had a 14 days of all communications suspension ! and as I'm writing
that I know i am not the only one with this issue right now,I have looked into the forums and similar things happenned to people,I am asking could you atleast lift the harrassment and abuse? we both know it does'nt make any sense and all of that in the same
month ? Now I'm loosing for what I paid for in for honor because I can't connect to the multiplayer for 2 weeks.it is unacceptable,I always had good reputation until this year after 7 years on the same account.

Well, since you played F.E.A.R. 2 and 3, you should probably play 1. I really enjoyed it more than 2 and 3. Did a great job of building suspense and wonder.

I'f I'm here it is because I have tried,I tried reviewing my case on the second mute which I said they did'nt provide me with ANYTHING nor given me proof of why they decided to mute me a second time all the system said it's it was on review and the next
day said upheld and on top of that a 3rd ban that I cannot contest because I already tried contesting the one just before that,and you can't talk to anybody in there there is no support at all !

If you were muted then the issue is with the msg

You don't get it

One they have to follow the rules too

Meaning if the msg contained a violation of the terms of use they will not repeat it and yes that is a hard rule after the "pro incident"

You will have to go thru your own msgs concerning that time

Communications ban can lead to a multiplayer suspension and can be conpounded for multiple violations

Which can also lead to a perm ban time to review your behaviour

Suspension length can vary depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous suspensions. So you can be permanently banned with 1 complaint. But typically it starts at 24 hours-2 weeks. Now there are 3 month bans then account bans and console
bans.

1. You said yourself that it is 2 weeks long, so the suspension is 2 weeks.

2. No one here in the forums knows the answer, except you.

3. No one here can assist you in removing the suspension or provide any information. Other than some staff everyone here is a user of Xbox Live just as you are. Go to enforcement.xbox.com to see the results of your suspension.

Suspensions don't happen immediately. Nothing you did the day you were issued the suspension resulted in the suspension. It likely happened weeks or months ago.
