3 set of 10$ Microsoft Gift Cards that do not work

I have gotten 2 of these 30$ value of 3 set of 10$ for Xbox 360 and on both of them there is atleast one card that doesn''t work. I got them for Christmas so I do not know where they came from. I enter the code on Xbox.com and it says the code is not found.
Is there anyway I could get points added to my account because of these not working or do I have to go to the store and tell them they don't work?

Have not Revived my Rewards

i was redeeming some of my Microsoft rewards points i redeemed 5 $10 gift cards i have only gotten 3 cards in my emails the other 2 cards i have not gotten yet and i really need these last 2 gift cards as i wanna buy this deal thats ending soon

Hello,

Not all gift cards work on Xbox LIVE as these are prepaid cards that have a set amount of money on them so your results may vary. You also would need a card denomination higher than $10 to get 800 Microsoft Points as there is an authorization charge first which
is returned to you within 72 hrs. You'd need to get a card with around $12 denomination to be able to get $10 in Microsoft Points successfully. If you're not able to do so by adding the card to your account, then you can try a website like Amazon they have
codes for 800 Microsoft Points that they e-mail you.

Should cover you. One thing I'm not certain with is if "gift cards" can be used to pre-order physical goods. Might want to check with Microsoft Store support on that?

The £10 must be either on a card that says "Xbox Gift Card £10" or you must purchase an Xbox digital gift card code on Amazon for £10 that you redeem here:

You can't redeem Amazon gift cards or currency in Amazon accounts for currency in your Microsoft/Xbox account - you must buy an Xbox Gift Card (or code) with that money on it.
