3 question I'm worry about

Xbox one s 500gb

I bought console yesterday and have 3 questions.

1.When I turn off console there is still little sound, is it normal?

2. There is red light behind console is it normal?

3. I plug in headphones to irda port, but I understand that was mistake Could I broke console or port with that?

Very good question. With Xbox Access Anywhere. You don't have to worry about a thing! You will be able to play on Wondows 10 or 1 of 3 Xbox One Consoles.

Got black screen once...glad thats fixed

But the 2 instances I was talking about is literally the whole xbox turning off like power was cut.
Its been on and off for 4-5 hours now and been totally fine

Ive updated now so if it does it once more ill return to game to swap it...but touch wood its fine atm

Please see answers below

1. It is normal for the console to make a little sound when turning on/off. If you do not like this sound then it is possible to turn this off in the settings menu

2. The little red light is probably coming from either the Ethernet or Optical audio out ports on the console (Options 7 & 8 on the rear panel of the console).
It is normal for port 7 to remain lit and port 8 will light up it you connect the console to the internet via an ethernet cable.

3. It is unlikely that connecting to this port will have caused any damage

Thank You very much for answers About that sound it is when console is turned off/disabled/shuted down (don't know the word for this ^^). This is a little "electric" sound. But very quiet and all the time.

If your console has been set to instant on mode then chances are you are possibly hearing the fan running in the internal power supply. You could try switching it to energy saving mode to see if you still get the same thing happen.
