hi I have 3 preorders that have released but no sign of points, titanfall 2,mafia3,watchdogs2 can you please help?

Hi I preordered mafia3,titanfall 2 and watchdogs 2 all have been released but my points have not shown up, also why do the rewards on the missions always add up to less than 10 percent of what I spend? Can you please help?

March Punchcard Points not Pending

I completed 3 preorders for the punchcard ending March 31st for 15,000 points. They are not listed as pending. Where are my points?
