3 Pre-Order Punch Card ended in March

Hi There,

When I looked at my punch card a couple of weeks before this offer was going to end. I noticed I only needed one more pre-order. It said I already had 2 Pre-Orders and then I Pre-Ordered Far Cry 5: Gold Editon on March 20th. Far Cry 5 never registered as
a pre-order on the punch card, and I didn't receive any points for completing this offer. Did I not fulfill all the requirements for this punch card? Was it supposed to be the standard edition that was pre-ordered? Or is there a possible delay in receiving
the points? It has been a week now since Far Cry 5 was released. If you could get back to me and let me know that would be great.

Pre-ordering mission

Hi,

One of the current missions of the reward program is to pre-order 3 games from January 1st till March 31st.

I pre-ordered 3 of the games mentioned on the list ( I have received their electronic bills for more than a week) and the "Punch my pre-order" card indicates that I have only 2 out of 3 games pre-ordered.

Is it normal?

Pre order Punch card

On Wed. March 15 2017, I pre ordered Mass Effect Andromeda, but it never showed up on my pre order punch card, and I believe that may effect getting the 15,000 in reward points. Any help would be appreciated

You only had one pre-order for that offer, for your pre-order of Far Cry 5. The punchcard for that offer was the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. The body of the page only shows you which games you own, and those titles become dull when you own the title
so you know which titles you have left available. Neither of your purchases of Kingdom Come Deliverance or Monster Hunter World were pre-orders.

It would be nice if they included pre-orders. At least lately, they moved up the dates for punch cards.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 weeks ago and it still has not shown up in my punch-card. It is the last of the 3 I need to complete the reward mission. If someone can look into it. Thanks.
