3 people Cheating and stealing in game and rude communication.

This evening my friends tribe on the game ark was stolen by being tricked on a trade, these three people are working together and have stolen the tribe killed dinos and transferring dinos off server. when confronted rude messages and behavior was their response.
we tried to negotiate ourselfs and have gotten nowhere in resolving this issue, and ark developers are unable to assist us asap but have been informed aswell, i have been spammed rude messages and have reported as much as i could on all three profiles and
rude messages sent by gt lazy4ever, the other two gt profiles stealing things from the tribe are Xrevenge v and Visualpuppy2978. i believe these two are alt accounts in witch they planned to do this with or do there stealing with. its really not cool to see
someones work over a year get tossed away by cheaters.

ive decided the best course of action would be to contact support to see what could be done sooner to stop or halt the theft of more dinos and hardwork from being destroyed. and was informed to make this post and hope for a faster response or action on these
people.

Why are some people so rude?

I am more annoyed by stupid teammates.

I block and mute rude people on Xbox LIVE.

As soon as I get rude messages, i block communication and that´s it.

I have a communication ban for talking trash to another player. I want to know why people can be rude to me and I can't be rude back. Completely unfair.

If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. They do not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

oh i was not informed this was an open thread and was told this was to enforcement by the agent and to give every detail. and yes i have submitted multiple reports.

Personally, I cannot stand people who start series with the third game. Sorry if I sound rude, but you're cheating yourself and missing out on so much by skipping the first two games.
