3 months xbox live

Hi I bought 3 months xbox live but have yet to receive the code for the extra 3 months of live.

I wil be on my 4th Console

well they extended my warranty till July, they gave me 3 months xbox live and £60 credit to buy a game.

 

3 Month xbox live subscription

Today, I noticed a deal on xbox live dashboard stating if you renew the 3 month xbox live subscription, you would receive an extra 3 months of xbox live. I went out and bought a 3 month card. When will the extra 3 months be credited to my account? I just
redeemed my card around 6 central pm time.

We're afraid if you did not receive a code for the additional three months of Xbox Live Gold for this promotion, it indicates that you did not purchase the original three months of Gold during the offer window and we won't be able to send a code.

 

I have qualified for this as this was verified on the online chat and I have an email to show I qualified. Please look into this

 

Can you please show us what date you see for your 3-months of Xbox Live Gold purchase in your
Order History when signed into your account? If you send a photo, please block out any personal information showing such as any visible payment card information. Additionally, what confirmation
email did you receive? Can you please provide more information about that as well? Again, please block out any personal information showing if you post a photo.
