السلام عليكم

لقد قمت بشراء كود اشتراك اكسبوكس قولد ٣ اشهر من موقع g2a وعند القيام باستخدامه في حسابي ظهرت رسالة تفيد بان الكود مستخدم بالفعل وبعد الرجوع للبائع اخبرني بان لابد لي ان اتواصل مع دعم اكسبوكس وسؤالهم متى تم استخدام هذا الكود حتى اذا كان قبل تاريخ شرائي من
التاجر سيتم تعويضي واسترداد المبلغ الى حسابي البنكي اذا ثبت ذلك... ارجو المساعده لانني قد اتصلت بهاتف الدعم في السعوديه ولاكن لايوجد استجابه وكانت محاولاتي عديده وايضا من الموقع الاكتروني ارجو افادتي وتوجيهي لكي احصل على هذه الاجوبة ولكم جزيل الشكر

If the code was already redeemed when you purchased it then the seller would be responsible for helping you to resolve it. You can try contacting
Xbox Support for assistance but they may just send you back to the seller.

There's not a 12 month subscription available. I've only seen 1 month subscription through Xbox, but there are 3-month prepaid codes available.
