Hi there! I got a issue with a code from play with a friend promotion where a I buy a 3 months of gold and they give me adittional another 3 months but didn’t receive any code in months, I hope this will be fix it soon thank you!

Hi, I bought 3 months of xbox live gold in January and was supposed to get a code for an extra 3 months by March, I believe it was something to do with pubg.

Sounds like you purchased the buy 3 get 3 promotion that was available a few months ago. The promotion 3 free months did have an expiry date and needed to be used within 30 days of receipt

I just checked the terms and the promotion isn't available for everyone for a myriad of reasons. Also the $9.99 for 3 months is a promotional price as well as it is supposed to be $9.99 a month

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.
