3 months of "Avoid Me" reputation

I've been dealing with "Avoid Me" reputation since the middle of May and I either need this fixed back to "Good" reputation or I need to speak to someone that is a higher authority than the Enforcement Team and Customer Support. It's completely unfair to
restrict my online matchmaking privileges and for such a lengthy period of time when I have done nothing wrong and have not broken the code of conduct or terms of service. During this time, I've gone back to orange "Needs Work" reputation twice. Both times
I played Halo MCC Big Team Battle on pins and needles, making sure I wasn't betraying anyone or even teabagging and both times my reputation went back to "Avoid Me". If I am just playing the game like everyone else, why should I be punished for good performances?
Is it bad that I'm playing well almost every single game?

No, I don't want to play other games, just Halo MCC. Why should I be forced to play games I have no interest in, in hopes of restoring my reputation that shouldn't be bad to begin with? I know I can easily play on another account, but honestly Halo MCC just
isn't worth it. I want to be able to play on my main account with all my friends and followers.

I've already contacted Enforcement Team 6-7 times and they've only responded twice; both times with the same automated copy/paste message. So, if nobody here can help me and Enforcement Team won't help me, who else can I speak to about this? If there is
nobody I can talk to, to resolve this issue, where can I officially file a complaint with Microsoft?

Well then have you though that just maybe you deserve everything you get. Seems to be your scrounging for sympathy. You don't seem remorseful. Just annoyed that your being punished.

I tend to agree with this.

You **** off a lot of people. You did so knowing it was unsportsmanlike. Now that the punishment has befallen, you're finding out what it was like for those who had to play with
you. As several have already posted, it's going to be awhile before that rep goes back up. Also, as has been said, you don't need to get good rep. You only need to avoid getting bad rep. You're just going to have to tough it out being forced to play with people
who play like you did.

An old saying comes to mind... don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Guys, you're saying that my conduct needs to improve in game for my rep to go back up, right? Well, how can I demonstrate my changed behavior if I can't find ANYONE to play with?!? Once your rep is on avoid me you can't find anyone to play fairly with...

 

Sorry to hear it. The reputation system is a new system that is designed with the player in mind. When you play online and play poorly (doing such things as you've listed above) other players will report you using the reputation system. After too many
reports you will get put into an Avoid Me status.

The only way to get out of that status is to play online with others with an Avoid Me status and so long as you play well others should be able to report you as a Good Player which will bring your status up.

I have heard that Battlefield: Hardline is a good game to play for those in an Avoid Me status or you could have friends invite you to their games. Always remember to play nice so your rep goes up again.

 

I'm well aware of how the system works. I just want to play Halo MCC, which is my right. I paid for the Xbox One. I paid for the game. I paid for Xbox Live. I've already dealt with the many issues that plague Halo MCC. It's unfair that I cannot play Halo
MCC Big Team Battle because of this reputation system. Furthermore, it's a fraud that you have prevented me from playing for so long, 3 months when I have done nothing wrong. That is 3 months lost that I could have been building friends and followers. I get
reported out of spite for wrecking kids. Why should have an indefinite online matchmaking suspension if I haven't broken code of conduct or terms of service?

Can anyone here actually answer my questions or are you going to keep telling me things I already know?
