3 months live Play Together with Xbox Live Gold Promotion not recived. still no message

I purchased 3 months gold on 1/23/2018 as part of a deal. Deal was, i would be emailed a code for an additional 3 months as this was part of the Play Together with Xbox Live Gold Promotion.. I still have not received this in my message centre. Can someone
please help?

Xbox Live Gold 3month + 3month promotion in january

So in January Xbox live had offer "buy 3months of gold and get extra 3 months of gold".

They written in promo that codes will be recived by march 15(if not mistaken).

Still missing 3 Month Xbox Live Gold for January PUBG Promotion

I have not received my 3 Month Xbox Live Gold token for participating in the Play Together (PUBG) with Xbox Live Gold Promotion.

1. I purchased 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold via the promotional webpage on Xbox.com.

I have screen dumped the webpage and order.

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

My sons account was supposed to get the promotion for the 1 year gold membership for the 15$ credit which to this day we still have not recived it. I have talk to two other members of xbox live and this is where they send me!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you've completed a promotion that stated you would get 3 months of Xbox Live Gold for the purchase of a 3 month subscription of Xbox Live is that correct? The way those promotions work
if all the requirements have been met you'd just have to wait and you should receive the code in your Messages under "Xbox Live messages". Could you check that section from you console and see if its there? Let us know with a reply how it goes!
