3 months game pass

I wanted to get the 3 months game pass for $10.00, but it wouldn't let me and my nephew got it and told me about so I could get it with him, if it's a regular promotion I should have been able to get it , it would be unfair that people can't get if they
already have it is that would have extended me for 3 more months to see if I really want to keep it.

On the Subject of the 3 month game pass. I took the deal for 3 months for 9.99 for games pass. I never had it before now. And yet the charging me for 1 month pass for 9.99. I got this feeling I being rip off here. Been a member with Xbox for the
pass 9 years! I got my Xbox one back in 2017 around July. Never used the game pass then. So tell me why I am not getting it for 3 months?

are you sure you disabled automatic renew? you should contact support at
support.xbox.com to see if they can help you.

offers can be different per region or to who they will apply. It can happen that a promotion is only available for people that don't have the subscription yet.

This is common practice for all type of subscriptions, magazines, ISP, TV/Cable etc etc.
