    I purchased a 3 month subscription for my xbox live account on june 12th with my paypal account. The money went to microsoft and i got my three months. I was supposed to receive 3 months free with my purchase. I have contacted support 3 times and the first
    person said he would send me the code and only sent codes for random game add ons. The second said he would escalate it and contact him if it wasnt fixed. Today my subscription ended and did not automaticly extend. The third guy asked me the same exact questions
    the first three did. Does anyone read notes? I have offered to send screenshots of the purchase but they have declined. They have now referred me here. I hope someone can help. Im beyond frustrated with this company. Ive offered to send proof and no one listens

    I have not received my free 3 months Xbox live subscription

    Purchased buy 3 months, get 3 months free. Yet to receive the 3 months free code.

  3. Not received promotion after purchase in Game store??

    Bought a 3 month subscription from Game in January was suppose to get 3 months free however it expires this month, no free 3 months??

    and someone will be able to assist you. Sorry for the run around and that you been getting, but that is the only course of action, to do in this case.
