3 MONTHS and STILL no fix for my chat problems????

I have been having chat problems since the 1409 beta update. I am still unable to chat through my Astro Gaming A40's with the mixamp update and the chat adapter and controller updates. I know my headset works fine as I still use it on my 360 and all is good.
I have posted about this for the past 3 months and am getting no help or fix. I paid for my Xbox live and can't even use it for the purpose I got it for? I am not asking for much other than a fix for something that Microsoft messed up and is doing nothing
to rectify the problem. I should not have to wait this long for a fix. Very unprofessional. We help Microsoft out by being in the preview program and they make updates due to our reviews, recommendations.......well what about this problem? Please do not ask
me to hard reset my system nor restore to factory settings or do this or do that as I have done EVERYTHING. Please get this resolved ASAP. Thanks.

And yet they fail to keep us updated Xbox support its more like Xbox shows no support

Yeah its great that you are aware of this problem, but really 3 months now and still not a fix?

Just bought a new headset, I had some troubles with the chat sound. I can tell you this, having your mic icon muted when trying to find out what the problem is was not fun at all!

I got the same problem,tried most steps still doesn't work.microsoft need to fix this. I got 12 month member ship like 3 months ago so now my mony is just being wasted.

I brought 3 months gold membership, and i understand microsoft were having problems but now they are fixed yet i still have not revived my x box live.
