3 month Xbox live only has 19 digits

NONE of my 3 sons got emails confirming they have a new family pack subscription that will expire on the 19 may 2013 ( i purchased the pack on the 19th jan 2012 ) and i also got extra months because me and 1 son still had months remaining on our accounts

It depends how much xbox live you had before converting to Ultimate.

If you bought a month of live on 12/1/19, that would cover you until the end of the month (for simplicity).

You then bought take advantage of the 3 months of Ultimate for $1; this gets added to your xbox live and extends your total subscription to the end of March, so an additional 3 months / 4 months in total.

Can you confirm what you've purchased exactly?

Argos doesn't sell a 12 month game pass Ultimate. If they did it would be nearly £132. They only sell Xbox Live 12 months,

6 Months and Ultimate 1 month and 3 month digital downloads.

This helps. The only lingering question is in regards to it not showing ALL of my digitally purchased games. For example, NHL 19/Fifa 19 I purchased digitally, but they do not show on this list. Is it perhaps that they are on my external hard drive that
is currently connected to the XBOX?
