    purchased a 3 month trial earlier and is still not working, what do i do?

    Xbox Live Gold 7-day trial and 3 months.

    The only way to cancel the trial would be to go ahead and add the 3 month card. Trials do not stack so the 3 month card would overwrite any remaining time you have left on the trial.

  3. Game pass 3 months for 9.99

    I was trying to get the game pass deal of 3 months for 9.99 and hit the free trial button, thinking I would the the trial and the 3 month deal but when I go to manage subscriptions, it tells me I will be billed 9.99/mo. Why am I not allowed to get the 3
    month deal if I sign up for the trial?

    Hi there,

    If you are experiencing issues with redeeming the code please try the next steps:

    1. Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
      http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
      http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.
    2. After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode
    3. Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
    4. If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
      Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.
    If you have redeemed the code but Gold doesn't seem to be active, try these steps:

    1. please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.If the subcription shows, try the following steps
    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile
    1. If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If you redeem the 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate is the one that will count, you wont have 3 months plus 14 days, but only the 3 months. This happens always when you have activated a trial and you put a non trial code (1 month and above)

    New consoles come with 3 free one month trials, not 3 free months. They're only available to new gamertags made on the console, so you won't be able to use the trial on an existing account.

    I'm XL Gold, but it says Silver.

    Was the code for a full gold subscription (1 month, 3 month, or 12 months)? Or was it a gold trial? Trial cards will allow you to play online, but won't change your account to gold.
