3 month promo codes for Groove Music

I signed up for the free 30 days on 2/5/2017 and have yet to receive the 3 month promo codes. Any way to get them before the 30 day trial expires? I have gone through 3 different chat agents and the last sent me here so I hope someone is able to help me.

I did not receive a promo code for my 3 months free groove music, can you please ensure this is added to my account? I added groove music on 8/12/16.

Last month I clicked on an ad on Xbox One that offered a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass after buying one month. I bought a month through the ad, the promo code never came. I have been waiting over a month.

Ok so I see a message from 3/8/17 in my Xbox live messages however all it says is "Thank you for contacting Support. Here is your code: (code removed for obvious reasons). This code expires on 03/31/2017." But it doesn't say what it is for. Is this what
you sent to me? Thanks.
