    3 month old xbox1 won't turn on


    Has anyone had this with a virtually new console. I've tried what the expert gamers asked me to do on this site nothing happened and just to make it better you can't actually talk to a Microsoft employee to ask any questions customer service is none
    existent here

    Sounds like a power supply issue. If it is only 3 months old then you should be in warranty and able to replace it

    That is a issue i have not yet seen before as with me ive had it make the power on sound but nothing would happen after that try letting it rest

    Hello Johno,

    I havent heard of this issue, but I would suggest the Power Supply has gone bad, i would contact xbox support for further assistance and if its under the 1 year manufacturer warranty you can send it in and get it fixed for free. If its over the one year
    marker, their will be a fee for having it fixed. Hope you can get the issue resolved soon!

    Prueba con revisar la conexión a la tv, desconecta y conecta el cable HDMI. Si sigue pasando lo mismo, con la consola encendida, mantén presionado el botón de encendido por 10 segundos, y espera que se reinicie.
