3 month Groove Music pass

Hi, I received an email from you guys on 28th august containing the 3 months Groove music pass code and it says that it will expire on November. But when I try activating it earlier, it says that the code is already expire and I've contact the support already
and was endorsed to contact you guys for code replacement.
