    Hi all, I purchased a 3 month gold subscription card today and i accidentally tore the code so now, I couldn't see the code.. Tried to contact the staff in the shop but they said they can't refund. Anybody can suggest a way?

    Hi,

    I purchased a 3-month subscription of Xbox Live Gold through the Xbox under a promotion you offered (see link below), and have not received my free code, for an additional three months free. I waited to contact you until 3/16, as the promotion said the
    code would be sent by 3/15. It has not arrived, and today is 3/16. How do we remedy this situation?

    At the moment we are only interested in the TV / movie streaming aspect of Gold, so we will probably just use a single profile with gold subscription for that.
