3 lines button won't work

Discus and support 3 lines button won't work in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I click the 3 lines button on my xbox controller it does not register as being pressed.     3 lines button won't work


    When I click the 3 lines button on my xbox controller it does not register as being pressed. How do I fix this?

    Hello!

    It seems to be a problem in the controller, you should head over to where you bought it and ask for a technical advise (warranty or replacement on a faulty controller). You can also check if it is a Xbox related problem by not registering the button press
    by connecting it to a PC and try it out.

    Cleaning up the rubber inside might solve your problem but can be risky if you're not familiar with opening up and then closing a gamepad.

    due to your button being jammed then your three lines button which is also the start button won't work correctly, fix that first.

    If you mean it won't turn on, please connect it to your Xbox via USB and then hold the Xbox button and the Menu button (3 lines button) until it turns on (10-30 seconds) and that resets the controller.
