3 Issues

1. I cannot renew my gold membership to have Gold access.

2. It says that I already have Gold membership whenever I try to redeem a trial, as it says I already have gold. It also says I have the maximum amount of items for Gold.

3. I cannot contact Xbox Support in any way, whether it be through a community ambassador, or an actual employee of Xbox. I have no clue as to why.

Diablo 3 Issues

no, thats the craziest part. It all started/what had happened was i was playing coop and we were just finished act IV and were going about the finalize beating it on Hell, but then when the loadng screen came up (which usualy lasts a couple seconds) lasted
a couple minutes i restarted my xbox. now whenever i put in diablo i try to connect to live but it says its lost connection with the internet. I then go to the network connections and test it, which comes back as having connection. when i get back on the game,
same thing. i dont know where to even begin. so im downloading the game to the xbox now, hoping that the diablo gods have pity.

 

Battlefield 3 ISSUES

Hello everyone,

Every time I play BF3 you know how you have a specialization well in-game you see all of your squads specs in the lower left hand corner, for me no matter what mine doesn't show up, what is up with that? Not to mention this other problem, I have never played
my **** class and I have a spec [specialization] is this normal?

You can't redeem trial codes if you have an active gold membership, trial codes do not stack upon the existing time you have left so they would just be lost when used. As for not being able to contact support, maybe you're not in a supported market for Xbox
Live?

You can change the region of the website on the bottom left to a different country and try to contact support through that. You should be able to chat with either an Ambassador or Microsoft Support
