I was thinking it might be bad because you're promoting an abusive substance - in this case, alcohol, which IS against the ToU or CoC. I just don't know if it applies to the Upload Studio - in any case, I don't think everyone will necessarily see it that
way, but you never know, so be careful.

 

OK hold on... I watched that carefully, at least 3 times and all I saw was the back of an on screen character who looked like he was taking a drink of... something. Did I miss seeing it put a beer label on there? Must be I missed it even displaying the beverage
container!? I mean sure, it was fairly obvious that 'you' were taking a drink, but I saw nothing but the back of the guy's head?

How could this possibly (unless I missed something) be blown so far out of proportion, that people would think it might warrant a ban? For all we know you could've been drinking Gatorade... or anything, for that matter.

@king... the game is real good.. I enjoy it... a nice break from the grind of see & shoot or drive... even for a simple style game concept... I was worn out after rock climbing... will be a fantastic party game and/or if you have kids.. If your K works
properly... it works great.. only the slightest delay maybe in Tennis but I think my misses are more to due gauging the distance the ball is from me than timing the shot.. Bowling is.. well bowling... ( I am a league bowler IRL) target shooting is easy but
fun... soccer(football) feels more like foosball as it is one pass one pass shoot... other teams go...

I know online reviews are like 4/10.. but I give it a 7/10 and if you have kids.. might even be a 9 when you watch them play

 

Kinect Sports Rivals is a very solid game. I've been having a lot of fun playing against friends and co-workers. I haven't found anybody who can beat me in bowling. I managed to get a five bagger yesterday. It's definitely worth checking out imo

My thread has been edited and upon reflection what I said was unkind.

Even though it wasn't meant to be mean if it came across that way I apologise.

 

Game would sell so much more if it was one of those $39.99 games... $59 might make it out of touch for some people... Bu t for as good as the game is so far... I can see it being one of those digital only sales for like $19.99 for 3 days...

I think it goes without saying; due to my conservative social methods and health-nut lifestyle (I'm a teacher after all), I don't drink.

 

Well, when you put all this context with the video. It could be bad, but with the video as is. I don't see any issues, unless you put something up on Upload along the lines of what has been said here.

But pretty cool that is replicated you taking a swig from your adult beverage.
